Unfortunately not, but we're huge Apple fans and love providing products and services that complement their line of products.

How soon will I get my software?
All software products are downloadable. Download links will be immediately available after submitting an order.

Infuse - iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch
What version of iOS do I need to be running?
Infuse currently requires iOS 5 or later.
What video formats are supported?
Infuse currently supports 3GP, AVI, ASF, DVR-MS, FLV, M4V, MKV, MOV, MP4, OGM, OGV, WebM, WMV, WTV video formats.
What is the max supported video resolution?
Infuse supports videos up to 1080p.
Can I play videos that have AC3 audio tracks?
Yes, Infuse includes fully licensed Dolby audio, so videos with AC3 tracks can be played.
Is AirPlay supported?
Yes, Infuse supports streaming a wide variety of videos to an Apple TV using AirPlay, with subtitles and full Dolby surround sound.
Can I import videos from other apps, like Dropbox or Google Drive?
Yes, Infuse includes an 'Open In...' option which allow videos to be easily added with a few taps.
Where does Infuse download metadata from?
Infuse relies on TheMovieDB and TheTVDB for metadata and cover art, which are community maintained open databases.
Can I stream from network locations, like a Time Capsule or NAS?
Not yet, but streaming is coming in Infuse 2.0 in Fall 2013. Stay tuned!
aTV Flash - 1st & 2nd gen Apple TV
Will aTV Flash void my warranty?
No, the aTV Flash software can be easily removed at anytime through the factory restore function.
How does the install work? Do I need any special skills or knowledge to install aTV Flash?
No. Unlike the alternatives, aTV Flash is the only solution with a complete "point and click" interface. This provides a simple, streamlined installation that anyone can utilize. Even those with little or no technical knowledge can take advantage of the great features of aTV Flash.
Where can I find step-by-step instructions for installing and using aTV Flash?
Installing aTV Flash (black) is easy. More details on the installation process can be seen here.
I have a PC, can I use aTV Flash?
Yes, aTV Flash is compatible with both Mac and PC.
Can I play video from sites like Hulu?
Unfortunately due to the Apple TV's limited processing power streaming Internet video is not currently supported. HTML 5 video streaming is supported on the ATV2.
I jailbroke my 2nd gen Apple TV with Seas0nPass do I need aTV Flash (black)?
Seas0nPass is a jailbreak tool. Using it allows 3rd party software like, aTV Flash (black), to be installed. To better visualize the difference picture aTV Flash (black) as a car, and Seas0nPass as the road the car drives on.
What is the max supported video resolution?
The 1st gen Apple TV supports videos up to 720p, and the 2nd gen Apple TV supports videos up to 1080p. Note: The 2nd gen Apple TV is limited to 720p output, so 1080p contnet will appear as 720p.
What about metadata and covert art? Will I need to add those manually?
Metadata and cover art will be downloaded automatically from TheMovieDB and TheTVDB.
What about the new 3rd gen Apple TV released in March 2012, will this work?
Not yet, but we're working hard on a compatible update and hope to have it available soon. Once released, this update will be available as a free download for all existing aTV Flash (black) users.
I have more than one Apple TV, do I need to buy more than one copy?
A single copy can be used on multiple devices provided they are all owned by the same individual and not used for any commercial purposes.
Is there a trial version?
We don't have a trial version, but we do offer a 15-day 'test drive' period on all Apple TV software products. If for any reason you're not satisfied just let us know within 15 days and we'll happily give you a full refund.
I'm using an older version, where can I download the latest version?

MiRow - Front Row (OSX)
Can I use the browser in MiRow to view videos from Hulu, Netflix and others?
Yes, MiRow has full support for streaming Flash, Quicktime, Silverlight and most other Internet videos.
Do I need a mouse and keyboard to browse the web in MiRow?
You can have full access to the web by using only the simple Apple remote. Of course if you want to use something more fancy you can do that too.
