When I stream Movies from my Plex server, after a while my iPad shows a message, that the internal storage is full. When I go to the settings, where I can see the storage usage from the apps it tells me thet infuse uses a lot of GB

so it seems that infuse uses a temporary storage by stresming files?

i can't find a possibility to erase this temp storage

Hi - sorry about that. We'll definitely take a look at this.

Can you double-check the following.

  1. Space used by Infuse metadata (view in Infuse's sidebar Settings menu)
  2. Space used by Infuse as a whole (view in standard iOS Settings app)
  3. Are any movies be stored locally in Infuse?

Infuse 6 for iOS and Apple TV is now available!

  1. Space used by Infuse metadata (view in Infuse's sidebar Settings menu) --> 113 MB
  2. Space used by Infuse as a whole (view in standard iOS Settings app)  --> 5 GB
  3. Are any movies be stored locally in Infuse? --> yes, this is the 5 GB

The problem has solved now, after a reboot of the ipad i have now 25 GB free storage (before 0)

For this, now I'm not sure if the problem really was in infuse. I also have the plex app to watch movies, this are the only 2 apps they uses big video data on my ipad.

Ok, keep an eye on things, and let us know how it goes.

If the issue does appear again, check the total space used by Infuse (via the iOS Settings app) to see if it's greatly exceeding the space used by metadata and synced videos. Infuse shouldn't be taking up much additional beyond what's shown for metadata and synced videos.
