Hallo,

Schade firecore! Bin sehr enttäuscht!

Gruß

Ladgaz

I fully support this objection. Why not team up with Pangu JB team to develop a new SeasonPass supporting the latest FW on Apple TV 2 and maybe Apple TV 3?

Hallo,

Ergo kein neuer Jailbreak, kein Firecore.

You're not paying for a jailbreak. You're paying for additional software to run on the device after it is jailbroken. You get the jailbreak for free. The aTV3 cannot be jailbroken due to a lack of software that is exploitable on the device itself. Firecore does not produce jailbreaks they bundle them in free software.

Also English only please.

Nobody expects Firecore to develop such jailbreak. Nevertheless many users would like to upgrade to the latest ATV firmware still being able to use aTV flash. So why not try to port the newest iPhone jailbreak to Apple TV 2 (not talking about Apple TV 3)?

Firecore doesn't create the jailbreaks though it is outside of their control when a jailbreak is released and if it is tethered/untethered.

It's understood that Firecore doesn't do that and don't expect that.

But: Why was SeasonPass programmed in those days? As a proof of concept by enthusiasts not willing to do that anymore or because it was somehow paid by Firecore (and Firecore is not willing to pay anymore)?

I think that Firecore should have a strong position for triggering a new update of SeasonPass. Hopefully they are interested!

I didn't buy a license renewal because there are no more Jailbreaks and Updates. I sold my ATV 2 (for very much more, than I spended). Wink
