Hi,

I have the AppleTV 4k with Infuse 5 Pro and when I try to play the movie below it plays only in Black and White. When I play it on my PC then it plays in colour no problem.

Any suggestions on how I can resolve this?
Thanks

Hi James,
Thanks for getting back to me. Bizarrely, when I went to cut a sample to send you, the sample played on Infuse in full colour. Must have somehow been a glitch in the encoding somewhere. After re-encoding the file it now plays perfectly, sorry for bothering you, you can delete this thread.
All the best
Neil
