Hi, Is there an option to add external fonts to be used instead of the original fonts of infuse 5?
Thanks.
Not at this time as far as I know.

Not at this time, but it's something we're considering for a future update.
Infuse 6 for iOS and Apple TV is now available!
I need that, too.
without external fonts support, the ass stlye will not be ferfectly displayed.:-(
Potplayer on PC
infuse Pro 6 on iPad
Adding fonts will be a native feature on iOS 13.
In the meantime, you can use an app like iFont (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ifont-find-insta...) or AnyFont (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/anyfont/id821560738) to add 3rd party fonts.
The current version of Infuse will be able to utilize these fonts for SRT and SSA/ASS subtitles, and the upcoming 6.1.5 release will resolve a few issues we've identified with SMI subtitles.
Do you know whether Apple has any plan adding this feature to TV OS too?

I don't think they have announced anything for tvOS yet.

Thanks, It seams I have to embed the fonts into mkv files or just chose the conventional Fonts when making ass subtitles.

A list of all the fonts available on iOS (and by extension, tvOS) can be found here.
