As 2021 winds down, we are happy to release Infuse 7.3 with many great additions. Spatial audio and AirPlay for Mac Infuse for Mac gets a huge injection of functionality with the addition of Spatial audio and AirPlay 2 support. Now Mac users can join in and enjoy the best possible sound when listening through other devices like AirPods, HomePods, or Apple TV. Like iOS and Apple TV, spatial audio with dynamic head tracking brings theater-like sound that surrounds you from the movie or video you're watching, so that it seems as if the sound is coming from all around you. Today we are extremely proud to announce the release of Infuse 7.1, with some great new things. Metadata powered by TMDB Infuse now uses TMDB metadata for both movies and TV shows! TMDB is the leading community-driven metadata database featuring 675K+ movies, 115K+ TV shows, and 2M+ images — all ready and available to beautify your library! TMDB also has an army of passionate contributors who collectively work to make over 300K edits every single week for both new and existing content. Infuse has relied on TMDB for movies since its inception, and moving to TMDB for TV shows allows Infuse to display higher-quality images, support additional languages, and provide enhanced fetching speed and accuracy. After installing 7.1, existing TV shows in you library will be updated with the new info from TMDB...automatically.

Infuse 6.6 - Theater Mode Activated

Today we're happy to announce the release of Infuse 6.6, and give you a quick update on a few other things we've been working on. HomePod home theater audio The new HomePod home theater option allows you to utilize a HomePod stereo pair with your Apple TV 4K to create a theater experience with Dolby Atmos or surround sound right in your home. After enabling home theater, Infuse will be able to send high-quality audio directly to your HomePods, allowing more detail to be heard than ever before. The 6.6 update also leverages some of these improvements for non-HomePod setups — making things better all-around, for everyone!

Infuse is now able to integrate seamlessly with these servers, providing an easy way to browse, play, and download videos — all while taking advantage of the advanced playback features offered in Infuse. Infuse 6.3 - Speed It Up

Infuse 6.3 has arrived and includes some exciting new features. Variable-speed playback Easily speed up or slow down videos to accommodate a wide variety of different watching scenarios. Choose from one of the pre-defined speeds, or set a custom speed of your own in increments of 0.05x. You can also set a preferred playback speed in Settings, so the speed won't need to be adjusted each time a new video is started.

Infuse 6.2 is available today and includes some fancy new features. All-new custom playlists Playlists have arrived in Infuse 6.2! Now with just a few taps you can easily group lists of your favorite movies, shows, and home videos together. Playlists sync via iCloud (Pro only), so your lists will always be up-to-date no matter which device you find yourself using. Playlists can also be pinned to the home screen on Apple TV for quick and easy access.

Infuse 6.1 is now available, and includes some great new features. Plex collections Our friends using Plex can now join in the fun by accessing Collections. Collections are sets of related videos which are automatically grouped together under a single item. These can be found while browsing the ‘All Movies’ and ‘Collections’ sections in the library.
